Turning real estate businesses into AI-native orgs.
I work with real estate firms — developers, asset managers, property companies — to unlock 10x output from their existing analysts, brokers, and valuators, by rebuilding how the organization operates around AI. Not tool selection. The operating model itself: decision structure, workflow architecture, team roles.
the problem
AI is moving from copilots to autopilots — systems that don’t help professionals work faster, but replace the work entirely and sell the outcome.
For every dollar companies spend on software, six go to services (Sequoia, 2026). Real estate services are explicitly on the target list.
The firms that will win aren’t shopping for better tools. They’re redesigning how they operate — because outsiders are already building autopilots aimed at the margins CRE has taken for granted. Domain knowledge, relationships, judgment — that’s still the moat. But it’s not enough on its own anymore.
what I do
I redesign decision structures — where AI replaces human judgment vs. where it augments it. I rebuild workflows end-to-end, not patch them with tools. And I redefine team roles around what people should actually do when AI handles the repetitive work.
It starts with a Constraint Audit — 5–8 conversations with leadership and process owners to find the one thing actually blocking growth or margin. Not the symptom, the root cause. From there, Operating Model Design — co-designing with your team how decisions, workflows, and roles should work when AI is infrastructure, not an add-on. Then Build & Transfer — I stay present during implementation as a thinking partner who’s done this before and knows where it gets hard.
3–12 month engagements. Currently taking 1–2 new engagements.
case study: from cost center to growth engine
At REDD Platform, I rebuilt a traditional CRE data operation into an AI-native organization over six months. Compressed a 20-person operational process to a single quality controller, with +15% gross margin impact. The team was redeployed from data maintenance to business expansion.
